Network costs (paid by anyone, with any tool)

These are the same whether you use the CLI or any website. Rent values come from mainnet's getMinimumBalanceForRentExemption on October 29, 2026, after the second SIMD-0437 rent reduction (5,080 lamports per byte).

ItemSOLNotes
Mint account rent (82 bytes)0.00107Deposit held by the mint account.
Your token account rent (165 bytes)0.00149Recoverable if you later empty and close the account.

Further rent reductions are scheduled to activate in steps, so these numbers will fall. SolKit reads the live rent from the network when it shows your total.

Tool fees

No-code tools add a service fee on top. Published fees for a token with mint and freeze authority revoked, as listed on each tool's own website in October 2026:

DexLab0.15 SOLIncluded
CoinFactory0.2 SOL+0.1 SOL each
Orion Tools0.40 SOL (freeze revoke required)+0.1 SOL to revoke mint

What creation does not include

  • Liquidity: making the token tradable needs a pool plus the SOL and tokens you deposit, and the DEX's own pool-creation costs.
  • Distribution: airdropping to new wallets costs about 0.00149 SOL of rent per new recipient — see the airdrop guide.
