SolKit

Terms of Use & Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026. By using SolKit you agree to these terms.

1. What SolKit is

SolKit is self-service, non-custodial software. It builds standard Solana transactions in your browser; you review and sign them with your own wallet. We never have access to your private keys, seed phrase, tokens, or funds, and we cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any blockchain transaction.

2. No-scam policy

You must not use SolKit to create or distribute tokens intended to defraud, mislead, impersonate another project, brand, or person, run "rug pulls", pump-and-dump schemes, phishing, or any unlawful activity. Creating a token with SolKit is not an endorsement by us. We do not review, audit, list, promote, or vouch for any token created with this tool. If someone shows you a token "made with SolKit", that says nothing about whether it is safe.

3. Not financial, legal or investment advice

Nothing on this site is advice. Tokens you create may be considered securities or regulated products in your jurisdiction — you are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, taxes and regulations.

4. Sanctions

You may not use SolKit if you are a sanctioned person or located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction. Wallet addresses on the U.S. OFAC SDN list are blocked.

5. Fees

Service fees are shown before you sign and are included as a transfer in the same transaction. Network fees and rent are paid to the Solana network, not to us. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss, including lost funds, failed transactions, bugs, RPC outages, wallet errors, or third-party actions. Always test on Devnet first.

7. Privacy

We use cookie-less Cloudflare Web Analytics and anonymous usage events (page views, tool usage, error messages). Wallet addresses are never stored in plain text — only a one-way hash; addresses are removed from error texts.

8. Changes

We may change these terms, the fees, or the service at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
